Edward Best is the owner and founder of Best Capital Management, an invesment firm that is dedicated to uncorrelated results and aims for consistently positive returns over time. After receiving his MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business in 1993, he began his investment career as a Barra Risk Analytics Consultant. He went on to work in Portfolio Analytics at Aim/Invesco. In 1998, he started working at Trusco Capital Management as Senior Fundamental Analyst and Senior Qualitative Analyst before assuming the position of Portfolio Manager in 2003. He joined Fidelity in 2007 to be a Portfolio Manager. In 2010, Edward launched Best Strategy, an equity hedge long short strategy.
